A spacious accessible balcony – an extra room in summer for wheelchair users.

Description
The balcony is spacious; its floor is elevated with a wooden grating at the same level as the apartment. It has seating for several people. An electric hotplate allows cooking on the balcony. Balcony boxes with kitchen herbs hang from the balcony railing.
