Custom-designed bed makes it easier to dress while in bed

A wooden board on the long side of the bed serves as a fixed point and provides support for dressing while sitting in bed.

Description
The bed has a mattress with hard springs at the same height as the wheelchair; the mattress is an ordinary mattress. A wooden board is screwed to the long side of the bed to serve as a fixed point for dressing while sitting in bed. The original bed frame was removed, only the headboard remains between the bed and the wall.

Technique: to dress while sitting in bed, Glenn holds on to the wooden board and leans from side to side.
