Custom-made lounge chair

Lounge chair that facilitates transfers for wheelchair users.

Description
The lounge chair was custom-made by a relative of the user. It has wheels, which makes it easy for relatives to move the user in and out of the shade. The wheels are relatively large so it is easy to steer and maneuver the lounge chair on the lawn even with the user sitting or reclining in it. The lounge chair has removable armrests, which make it possible to transfer sideways with a sliding board to and from the wheelchair. The height of the lounge chair is adapted to the same height as the user’s wheelchair. The back of the lounge chair is adjustable (like any lounge chair).
