The tipster uses this anti-skid mat for many purposes, anything that is to remain in place. For example, he places the mat under the cutting board when slicing bread or under the mixing bowl when beating eggs for an omelette. He also uses it when opening an envelope: he places the envelope on the anti-skid mat so that it stays in place and then he uses a knife (with adapted handle) to open the envelope. He also uses the anti-skid mat when screwing in a screw. He places the object into which the screw is to be screwed on the mat.
