Modified car suitable for persons with high quadriplegia with partial arm/hand function

Description
The user has a modified car with automatic transmission. The modification consists of a spinner knob with customized handle (wheel ball) and extra power steering, as well as hand controls with customized handle.
In winter the user can heat up the car by remote control (pager). The user doesn't have to scrape snow or ice from the windshield and can get into a car that is already warm.
