Modified knife – suitable for persons with impaired hand function

Description
A sharp knife is modified with a custom-made handle. The modification is done to hold the index finger and thumb around the handle of the knife. The user sharpens the knife regularly. When the user cuts he applies pressure with his other hand for increased strength.
