Shower in RV

Custom shower stall with ceiling lift and shower chair – suitable for a person with extensive disabilities

Description
The walls in the RV’s existing shower were removed, a plastic floor covering was welded to the floor and a shower curtain was sewn. The end result was a well-functioning shower with ceiling lift and custom-designed shower chair (see associated tip).

Authors comments
It took a little time to develop procedures for showering to work efficiently. Before beginning the RV has to be cranked up to achieve the right slope so the shower water drains. The water tank has to be full.
