Telephone with big buttons that only works with the headset. The headset has a band that fits over the head.

Authors comments
The user can easily put on the headset unassisted. He does not want a speakerphone because then others can hear the conversation. His model is no longer manufactured, but a headset can be plugged into any telephone.
