Technique for persons with strong arms
Description
The user hops as far forward in the wheelchair as possible. He grasps the waistband with his thumbs and holds on, at the same time that he lifts himself up in the chair and hops backward ("hops out of the trousers"). He pulls the trousers down to his knees and places one leg on the opposite knee. He pulls off his shoe, trouser leg, and sock, and places his foot down on the foot bar again. He repeats the process with the other leg.
